How long does my order take to ship?

All Queen Sparrow pieces are prepared & dispatched from our London studio.

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated. During collection launches or busy periods, please allow additional time, as each garment is carefully finished & packed by hand. Items are sent by Royal Mail 24 hours tracked.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. All orders are sent via tracked delivery, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

If you require a piece for a specific date or occasion, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will do our best to assist.

What is your return policy?

Each Queen Sparrow garment is one of a kind, created from reclaimed textiles. We encourage thoughtful consideration before purchasing.

Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Due to the nature of pre-loved fabrics and natural dye processes, variations in texture, tone, and finish are considered part of the design and not faults.

Personalised or monogrammed pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
